European Projects

Iberika Sprachschule’s international team has been engaged in European project work for many years. As a private education institution, we take part predominantly in projects of  the European promotional program for the cultivation of Life Long Learning (LLP).

 According to the projects' objective, innovative strategies and learning material for various target groups are developed. While working on these projects, Iberika can draw from years of expertise in language education, development of learning material, and intercultural competence. With our collective expertise and experience we are capable of actively contributing to the optimization of euro-political educational work.

Grundtvig

is a program for the promotion of all adult education. The aim of this program is to create various project concepts to improve the quality of adult education and cooperative work between international institutions. While participating in this initiative, Iberika has taken part in two multilateral projects: First Steps and CreMoLe. 

Leonardo da Vinci

is a program that is likewise involved in the advancement of adult education. It is particularly concerned with vocational education and training. Since 2011 Iberika has taken part in an exciting new project for the Transfer of Innovation: IVETAGR. For this project we are working on developing a language course that is based solely on social media. This is a very challenging and forward looking task that we hope will be trendsetting in the industry!

Key Activity 2: Languages

is a program perfectly suited to Iberika’s expertise: the explicit promotion of the development of new methods for learning languages by the EU. Iberika regularly takes part in projects from this program in which we develop innovative language learning material for a diverse set of target audiences. In project INCA we have developed an intercultural calendar for children. In the ESEDI project we have incorporated theater into language classes as an innovative method for the improvement of lessons.

1. Key Activity 4: Dissemination and Exploitation of Results
2. is a promotional program to ensure that results from EU projects are made known to as wide an audience as possible. To this end we have been, happily, engaged in the DEEP.com project. Working on the DEEP.com project we utilize our extensive and international network of language schools to contribute to the publicity of EU projects.
